Modern day Judaism does not believe that Yeshua of Nazareth was or is the Messiah of Israel. Modern day Judaism does not believe what Moses taught in the Torah nor hold to the Prophets of Israel. Instead, they believe the teachings of a 12th century Rabbi who was a Greek philosopher and Doctor who lived in Cairo, Egypt. His name was Moses Maimonides, with the nickname “Rambam.” Maimonides wrote the Mishnah Torah, a commentary on the Talmud (the Rabbinical writings of 250 -450 A.D) mixed with philosophy and the Torah. He is credited with codifying Jewish Law. You will also be shocked to learn what he taught to his disciples and the Jewish people about the Torah, the prophecies of the Messiah, and how he approached all prophetic literature.
While this program is less than one hour, you will walk away with a much better understanding of what Jews believe, how they struggle with the definition of the Messiah, and why they need to be taught the Torah and hear the words of Yeshua. In fact, after this video you may understand Judaism better than most Jews. (1 Video DVD)
